ISO9002 Accreditation Achieved
Wayne Topping was appointed as quality manager, and was responsible for the company attaining registration to BS EN ISO 9002:1994. Working alongside a professional consultant on a programme designed to take the company from its current situation through the assessment and registration process. A new system was coordinated and introduced which involved the creation of a quality policy manual and a quality procedures manual.
